Top Activities For Thrill Seekers In London

If an hour-long tube journey on the London Underground doesn’t quite give you the adrenaline rush you were looking for during your stay in the English capital, then fear not, because there are many attractions for guests of discount hotels in Bayswater to get the heart racing. Climb The O2

The O2 Arena is one of the best examples of London’s modern architecture and futuristic sensibilities. Situated in the borough of Greenwich, this southeastern riverside landmark is a music venue and shopping centre, but also offers tours that have you climb to the top of the structure – with a trained professional overseeing your trip of course! From work outings to family tours, the Climb the O2 experience is flexible to all kinds of groups.

Guests of the Grand Royale London might have already experienced a show on the West End, but London’s creativity doesn’t stop there. The escape room trend has been growing in popularity for years and all across the city, more and more have been popping up. Great for team building and simply for brilliant nights out, escape rooms can help you work together as a team as much as they can lead to your falling apart under pressure.

Sitauted on the South Bank, the London Dungeons are a spine-chilling way to learn about the grislier sides of London’s history. Abseil The ArcelorMittal Orbit

The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park’s most striking attraction is the ArcelorMittal Orbit, a DNA double helix shaped structure that was originally used as an observation tower during the Olympic Games in 2012. Now it functions as a slide but is also home to an abseiling experience that will see you traverse the structure from 80 metres in the air!

Okay, this one’s not technically in London but it’s easy to reach from there in just an hour from Liverpool Street Station.
